ABOUT
        ME

I'm YiMi, an animator based in Taiwan. I graduated from the Department of Animation, Taipei National University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. 

​As an animator, I worked on the famous director Joe Hsieh's film,  Praying Mantis, which was selected in the Annecy Festival Official Selection and Orizzonti Short Films International Competition from VIFF.  I also helped create several promotional animated films for festivals, like Longci Light Festival and Taiwan International Children's Film Festival. In 2019, I led a team to make a Promotional Animation for the COBALT Production Solution LLC, Dallas, United States.

I'm interested in combining 2D animation's vibrant energy into different projects to meet clients' needs, such as website intro, comic, or even wedding Proposal videos. I believe in the artistry of animation could make each project special in their own ways, and I would always try my best to deliver it.
